In collaboration with the United Way of Susquehanna County and the Weinberg Northeast Regional Food Bank, several local organizations committed to addressing food insecurity within the county formed the Susquehanna County Food Council in 2017. The council’s goal is to ensure access to nutritious and high-quality food for all in need through coordination and dissemination of education, information and resources in an accurate, timely and dignified manner.
