NEPA Community Health Care is proud to partner with the Lackawanna/Susquehanna County Office of Drug & Alcohol Programs (LSODAP) in their employment of a Case Manager within the Susquehanna County Department of Corrections. As the Single County Authority for drug and alcohol for both Lackawanna and Susquehanna counties, the mission of LSODAP is to prevent the onset of substance abuse and substance use disorder and to mitigate its harmful effects on individuals, families and the community. LSODAP provides comprehensive, qualitative and cost-effective approaches to prevention, intervention and treatment services.
