Allison Bunnell began her academic career at Misericordia University before earning her Masters of Family Nursing degree from Binghamton University in 2014. After graduation, Allison joined the UHS Medical Group in Owego, NY before transitioning to NEPA Community Health Care in 2017. Her patients and coworkers alike will tell you that Allison is driven to build strong relationships with her patients as well as their families. She is a native of Montrose and a mom of three rambunctious boys. NEPA Community Health Care is fortunate to have a provider with as much energy and passion as Allison brings to work each day!

Emily Geras’ journey in healthcare began at Luzerne County Community College, where she earned her undergraduate Nursing degree. Emily then spent over ten years as a Registered Nurse at Tyler Memorial Hospital working in multiple departments, including the emergency room and EKG unit. Emily’s love of caring for the people of her community drew her to pursue a graduate degree from Chamberlain University in 2017. Following graduation, Emily began her career as a Nurse Practitioner in the urgent care setting where she considerably expanded both her knowledge and skill base, positioning her to deliver comprehensive primary care.

In her free time, Emily loves hanging out with her husband, their dog and her large family. Her passions outside of work include getting out into nature as much as possible, star gazing and listening to a wide variety of music.

Bill Iveson obtained licensure as a registered nurse in 1996 and has since utilized his skill set across a multitude of clinical environments, including the administrative arena. As a lifelong learner, Bill chose to pursue training as a Nurse Practitioner through the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University and earned his graduate degree in 2014.

Bill resides in Susquehanna with his wife, Mary and their three beautiful daughters. He is a lifelong member of the Susquehanna Fire Department and enjoys scuba diving and golf!

Barbara McNamara began her education at Northeastern University in Boston, MA where she earned her undergraduate Nursing degree. Following a Trauma ICU fellowship with Robert Packer Hospital, Barbara served the hospital’s critical care unit for several years. Returning a bit closer to home, Barbara became the certified School Nurse for both Montrose Area and Blue Ridge school districts. In 2009, she returned to academics and earned her graduate Nursing degree. Since then, Barbara has worked as a provider within Barnes-Kasson Hospital and the Guthrie system as well as serving as adjunct clinical professor with the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University.

Barbara and her husband reside in Susquehanna County and have two sons. She actively serves on the “Friends of Salt Springs State Park” Board of Directors and enjoys travel, golfing and hiking. We are thrilled to welcome a provider with such rich experience and caring intuition!

Carla Spering began her career in healthcare as an ICU nurse before transitioning to the Emergency Department and further serving as Clinical Nurse Leader for an ambulatory surgery unit. Following her robust nursing career, Carla chose to pursue her graduate degree and transition once more into the role of a provider. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she takes ultimate pride in practicing evidence-based care with a focus on prevention and wellness from a holistic approach.

Carla enjoys canning in the fall and spending time with her boyfriend, four children and their family dog, Motty.

Dr. Wilcox began his career as a research scientist, earning a doctoral degree from Cornell University in Physiology and Cell Biology. In realizing his life’s passion, he returned to academia to pursue his medical degree from Albany Medical College and ultimately, an Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at UPMC’s Magee Women’s Hospital. Dr. Wilcox’s expansive career has afforded him incredible opportunities for personal and professional development.

In addition to his practice with NEPA Community Health Care, Dr. Wilcox serves as an Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and has delivered thousands of babies as an Attending OB/GYN with Physicians Health Alliance.  In his free time, he enjoys hunting and gardening.

Mike Baldi began his career as a primary therapist at Friendship House Children’s Center in 1980. While working full-time, Mike earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Scranton and Marywood University, respectively. From Friendship House, Mike transitioned to Lourdesmont Youth and Family Services, where he spent 28 years in both supervisory and hands-on roles. He served as the Director of Specialized Foster Care as well as the Lourdesmont Group Home.

Mike joined the NEPA Community Health Care family in 2014 and has been meaningfully impacting our community ever since – so much so that he was the 2017 recipient of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers’ APEX Award for Outstanding Primary Care Clinician in the Behavioral Health category. Mike is an avid hunter, golfer and fisherman. He and his wife of 35 years have three children and four beautiful grandchildren!

Dr. Lisa Daly is a graduate of Binghamton University where she earned her master’s degree in nursing as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner as well as her doctoral degree. Lisa specializes in treating children and adolescents with behavioral health needs and holds additional certifications in aromatherapy and forensic health.

Lisa directed our team of Behavioral Health professionals from 2017 – 2022 and played a critical role in transforming NEPA CHC to a fully integrated model of care delivery across service lines. Dr. Daly has since transitioned out of her leadership role to pursue a combination of continued clinical practice with NEPA CHC alongside academic tenure with D’Youville College’s School of Nursing. In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with family, taking figure skating lessons, and perfecting her culinary skills.

Dylan Kilmer is a 2020 graduate of Binghamton University where he earned his master’s degree as a Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Before pursuing his graduate degree, Dylan attended King’s College and Wilkes University, where he obtained undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience and Nursing. Dylan gained a wide array of clinical experience throughout his education, working with adult, adolescent and pediatric populations in both inpatient and outpatient mental health arenas.

Marie Williams has been following her passion for healthcare since 1976. Marie earned her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University before pursuing her graduate work with the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University as well as the SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Prior to discovering her niche in psychiatry, Marie worked in a variety of specialties, including skilled nursing, intensive care, obstetrics and nephrology. She began practicing mental health in 2014 with the ultimate goal of serving those with limited access to care. Marie remains dedicated to her patients and to improving mental health care in her community.

Dillon Yeager’s nursing career began in the emergency room after graduating from Bucks County Community College in 2015. He worked as a travel ER nurse in New Orleans and New Jersey before returning to work in Pennsylvania. It was through these experiences that Dillon recognized the growing need for mental health services and where he ultimately developed his passion for mental healthcare. He attended Wilkes University and obtained a Master of Science in Nursing degree in their Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.  Dillon has a wide range of clinical experience in caring for children, adolescents and adults.

He enjoys spending time with his fiancé and children outside of work. Dillon is also a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys playing the drums.

Dr. Bloem earned his undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University before matriculating to the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in pursuit of his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Upon graduation in 2020, Dr. Bloem began practicing with TriCity Family Dentistry in North Carolina. Dr. Bloem’s time with TriCity provided him with experience delivering comprehensive treatment for both pediatric and adult patients. As a husband, father and outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Bloem was excited to return to his roots in northeastern Pennsylvania to practice where his heart is!
