Dr. Arthur began his educational career at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT before earning his medical degree at St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO. Passionate about primary care, Dr. Arthur completed his Family Medicine residency with Geisinger Wyoming Valley in 2014. Following graduation, he joined the Penn Highlands Ridgway practice before transitioning to NEPA Community Health Care in April 2016.

Dr. Arthur is a true family man and can often be seen taking pictures of his wife and seven children. He is an active member of his church, plays the guitar and occasionally writes music!

After graduation, Allison joined the UHS Medical Group in Owego, NY before transitioning to NEPA Community Health Care in 2017. Her patients and coworkers alike will tell you that Allison is driven to build strong relationships with her patients as well as their families. She is a native of Montrose and a mom of three rambunctious boys. NEPA Community Health Care is fortunate to have a provider with as much energy and passion as Allison brings to work each day!

Emily Geras’ journey in healthcare began at Luzerne County Community College, where she earned her undergraduate Nursing degree. Emily then spent over ten years as a Registered Nurse at Tyler Memorial Hospital working in multiple departments, including the emergency room and EKG unit. Emily’s love of caring for the people of her community drew her to pursue a graduate degree from Chamberlain University in 2017. Following graduation, Emily began her career as a Nurse Practitioner in the urgent care setting where she has considerably expanded both her knowledge and skill base, positioning her well to deliver comprehensive primary care.

In her free time, Emily loves hanging out with her husband, their two dogs and her large family. Her passions outside of work include getting out into nature as much as possible, star gazing and listening to a wide variety of music.

Bill Iveson obtained licensure as a registered nurse in 1996 and has since utilized his skill set across a multitude of clinical environments, including the administrative arena. As a lifelong learner, Bill chose to pursue training as a Nurse Practitioner through the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University and earned his graduate degree in 2014.

Bill resides in Susquehanna with his wife, Mary and their three beautiful daughters. He is a lifelong member of the Susquehanna Fire Department and enjoys scuba diving and golf!

Lisa Daly is a graduate of Binghamton University where she earned her master’s degree in nursing as a Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner as well as her doctorate degree. Lisa specializes in treating children and adolescents with behavioral health needs and holds additional certifications in aromatherapy and forensic health. Lisa has directed our team of Behavioral Health professionals since 2017, and we are grateful for her leadership and dedication to the patients of NEPA Community Health Care.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, taking figure skating lessons, and perfecting her culinary skills.

Sarah Kemick is an alumna of both Marywood University and the University of Scranton, earning her undergraduate and graduate Nursing degrees in 2011 and 2015, respectively. Sarah is also an inducted member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Before achieving board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Sarah worked as a nurse for more than 10 years across varied specialties including emergency medicine and long-term care, enhancing her scope of practice today. Her professional focus has consistently brought her back to mental health and treatment of substance use disorders, where her passion only continues to grow!

Marie Williams has been following her passion for healthcare since 1976. Marie earned her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University before pursuing her graduate work with the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University as well as the SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. Prior to discovering her niche in psychiatry, Marie worked in a variety of specialties, including skilled nursing, intensive care, obstetrics and nephrology. She began practicing mental health in 2014 with the ultimate goal of serving those with limited access to care. Marie remains dedicated to her patients and to improving mental health care in her community.

Mike Baldi began his career as a primary therapist at Friendship House Children’s Center in 1980. While working full-time, Mike earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Scranton and Marywood University, respectively. From Friendship House, Mike transitioned to Lourdesmont Youth and Family Services, where he spent 28 years in both supervisory and hands-on roles. He served as the Director of Specialized Foster Care as well as the Lourdesmont Group Home.

Mike joined the NEPA Community Health Care family in 2014 and has been meaningfully impacting our community ever since – so much so that he was the 2017 recipient of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers’ APEX Award for Outstanding Primary Care Clinician in the Behavioral Health category. Mike is an avid hunter, golfer and fisherman. He and his wife of 35 years have three children and four beautiful grandchildren!

Danielle Sholcosky began her academic career with Penn State University focusing on Human Development and Family Studies before completing her graduate degree in Social Work at Marywood University in 2009. Danielle also earned her certification as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner in 2006, specializing in dual diagnoses of mental illness and substance abuse. She has been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 2012 and joined the NEPA Community Health Care family in April 2018 to practice at the Andrew C. Mazza Memorial Health Center.

In her free moments, Danielle can be found in the yoga studio, reading and spending time with her family and dogs.

Mary Parks obtained her license as a Registered Nurse in 1983 and has been making people smile ever since! Before Mary joined the NEPA Community Health Care family in 1989 (making her our longest-standing employee), she worked in the Labor and Delivery unit at Barnes-Kasson County Hospital. Mary now serves as the head of our WIC Program in association with Maternal & Family Health Services. The ways that she positively impacts her clients would be impossible to count!

Mary and her husband John have also owned and operated BelPark Farm in Susquehanna since 1996 and are affectionately known as the Sweet Corn King and Queen of Susquehanna County!

Darlene earned her bachelor’s degree at Marywood University before becoming Chief Dietitian at Barnes-Kasson County Hospital. Darlene joined NEPA Community’s Health Care’s WIC Program in 2016 with more than 35 years of experience in public health nutrition as a clinical dietitian. Her own health experiences have helped shape Darlene into a versatile, compassionate and skilled dietitian dedicated to providing quality services and counseling to individuals and groups alike on nutritional practice designed to prevent disease and promote good health.

Darlene and her husband Jeff have two children and three amazing grandchildren!
