Many of NEPA Community Health Care’s employees routinely volunteer their time and energy to community service efforts in the region. We are proud to have such a committed and caring workforce of servant leaders, both within and outside of the organization!
This quarter’s Service Spotlight features our Director of Quality Assurance, Kristen Follert. Kristen and her husband, Tom, serve as the co-chairs of the United Way of Susquehanna County’s 2019-20 Annual Campaign. The Follerts are deeply involved in the regional community and are strong supporters of and advocates for the mission of United Way of Susquehanna County. United Way Director of Corporate and Community Giving Kim Merithew said, “the dedication to improving the region which the Follert’s exhibit make them natural leaders for the annual campaign, aimed at building community participation in United Way’s Helping Children Do Well movement”. The movement is focused on improving academic readiness, childhood wellness, mentorship and family stability in Susquehanna County!
